1. About these terms

These terms govern use of the official Released band website at releasedband.com, its www address, and the corresponding Sites-hosted publication. “Released,” “we,” and “us” mean the Sarasota, Florida band and its authorized website representatives. Please read these terms before using the website. If you do not agree, do not use its services or download materials under the permissions described here.

These are website-use terms. A separately agreed booking, purchase, or music-licensing agreement controls that transaction. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling and is not a blanket consent to tracking or marketing. Nothing here limits rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive.

2. Music, videos, artwork, and ownership

The songs, lyrics, recordings, performances, videos, photographs, artwork, logos, and other materials on the website may be protected by copyright, trademark, publicity, and other rights held by Released or the respective creators and rights holders. A song’s composition and its sound recording can have different owners and licensing requirements. No ownership transfers when you listen, watch, or download a file.

You may browse, stream using the supplied players, and share links to the website for lawful personal use. An expressly offered download may be saved for personal, noncommercial use unless a different permission is stated. Download availability does not grant permission to redistribute recordings, sell merchandise using the artwork, synchronize music with video or advertising, remix or sample recordings, or use a member’s likeness commercially.

For those uses, obtain permission from the relevant rights holders. Contact releasedmusic1@gmail.com for Released-related licensing inquiries. These terms do not restrict fair use or another permission or exception provided by law. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners; an instrument brand, venue sign, or other mark in an image does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

3. Press-kit permissions

For materials expressly included in the press kit, Released grants, to the extent of the rights it controls, a nonexclusive permission to download and reproduce the supplied bio, band photos, and logo for truthful editorial coverage, professional booking review, and publicity for a confirmed Released appearance. This permission does not include licensing the music or selling the assets or products made from them.

Keep any supplied credits and copyright notices, retain the logo’s identity, and do not alter an image or caption in a misleading way. Resizing and reasonable layout cropping are allowed. Do not suggest an endorsement or confirmed performance that has not been agreed. Additional third-party permissions may be needed for a particular use. Ask releasedmusic1@gmail.com if you need credits, different files, or broader permission.

4. Bookings, shows, and merchandise

A booking inquiry or website listing does not reserve a date, guarantee availability, or create a performance contract. Fees, schedule, production requirements, travel, cancellation, and other performance terms must be agreed separately with an authorized band representative.

Show details can change. Confirm admission rules, age limits, accessibility, timing, and refund or cancellation terms with the venue, promoter, or authorized ticket seller before purchasing or traveling. Archive photos and videos do not announce a future appearance. The website does not currently sell tickets.

Merchandise is currently offered by inquiry, without an online checkout. Images are illustrative; confirm the item, size, availability, total price, shipping, and applicable return terms before agreeing to purchase. No “all sales final” condition is imposed by these website terms, and mandatory consumer rights remain intact. A third-party seller’s terms govern a purchase from that seller.

5. External players and platforms

YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, ReverbNation, and other linked services operate independently. Their rules apply when you use their services. We cannot guarantee their availability, advertisements, privacy settings, or content outside our control. Music and videos may become unavailable or restricted by location or platform rules. Use only authorized access methods and do not bypass a provider’s restrictions.

6. Responsible use and communications

Do not use the website or contact channels to infringe rights, impersonate the band or another person, send threats or unlawful harassment, distribute malware or spam, bypass security, or disrupt service. We may take reasonable steps to restrict abusive access and protect the site.

Send only material you are entitled to share. You retain your rights in messages or files you send us; sending them does not transfer copyright or give us an unrestricted right to publish them. We may use them as reasonably needed to respond to your request. Do not send confidential creative proposals unless confidentiality has been agreed in advance. The website does not host public user submissions.

7. Copyright and other rights concerns

If you believe a website item infringes your copyright, trademark, image, or other rights, email releasedmusic1@gmail.com with the page or file URL, a description of the work or right involved, why you believe the use is unauthorized, your contact details, and your authority to raise the concern. We will review sufficiently detailed reports and take appropriate action. This contact process does not replace any statutory notice procedure or represent that a DMCA agent has been registered.

8. Availability and limits of responsibility

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but errors, interruptions, and changes can occur. To the extent permitted by law, the website and its informational and entertainment content are supplied “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, Released and its website representatives are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use or inability to access it. This does not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be limited. It does not remove statutory consumer remedies or obligations under a separate purchase or performance agreement.

9. Applicable law and disputes

Florida law and applicable United States federal law govern these website terms, except where mandatory law in your place of residence gives you protections that cannot be displaced. You may contact releasedmusic1@gmail.com to try to resolve a concern informally; doing so is not a condition of exercising legal rights. These terms impose no mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver, shortened filing deadline, or waiver of a legally protected forum.

10. Changes and contact

Changes will be posted here with a revised date. Material changes will also be announced on the website; they apply prospectively, subject to any notice or acceptance required by law. They do not retroactively change an agreed booking or purchase. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
